`/disband-team`

Disband your current team.

Confirmation

The command doesn't act immediately: it replies with an ephemeral summary of what disbanding means and a red confirm button. Nothing happens until you click it — dismissing the message cancels.

What It Does

• Marks the team as disbanded in the database
• Removes the captain pointer
• Removes all team members from the roster
• Gives affected members the Free Agent role
• Archives the team role instead of deleting it
• Updates the leaderboard

The archived role can be used later with /reform-team.
